Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Budding Kids, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy below to understand our guidelines for returns and replacements.

Returns and Replacements:

We accept returns only for products damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged item, we’ll happily replace it. However, we require an unboxing video of the damaged item without any edits within 1 day of delivery.

For eligibility, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the packaging.We exclusively process returns for items bought directly from buddingkids.com.

Refund Procedure:

Once we receive your returned items at our warehouse, expect a confirmation email within 10 business days. After inspection and approval, we’ll notify you via email about the refund amount.

Depending on your original payment method, please allow up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. Note, we do not facilitate exchanges or accept Cash on Delivery for returns or deliveries.

During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances like heavy rains, there might be delays in order processing. Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed in such cases.
